As Business Owner
- Must be able to provide proof of ownership upon request
- To ensure the integrity of our community, if you are selecting the “business owner/associate” box. We will request in a separate form for you to submit additional information to verify your association with the business.

- By creating your account & submitting your business, you are agreeing to BLKbook.net’s Terms and Conditions.
User and/or non-Business Owner
- Do not select the “business owner/associate” checkbox unless you are the business owner or associated with the business to the capacity where the owner/manager will allow you full control of the page.
- BLKbook will request additional information if you are claiming a business.
- If it is determined that you were attempting to deceive BLKbook as the business owner/associate, you will be banned from the site.

Submission Guidelines
If you see your business already posted, you can claim your business for FREE by selecting the “claim business” button on the page. If you have questions about submitting a business or a business already listed, contact us at [email protected]
Does Your Business Have An Address?
Your first answer will determine if the business will be categorized as a business or an online business. Users who select “YES” will be required to provide a location for the business. If the business does not have an address then select “NO“, this will categorize your business as an Online Business.

Category*: You can select multiple categories
Default Category*
Business Bio*:
Website: Enter full website URL (ex. https://blkbook.net)
Phone:
Social Media Links: Enter the full URL (ex. https://instagram.com/blkbooknet). If you do not have an account, leave blank.
Images: Upload up to 5 images that best display and capture the business.
Address*: This option will not be available for those submitting an Online Business. If you do not want to include a business address, consider submitting an Online Business.
Business Hours:
Special Offers: Include any special offers like $5 off your first purchase or Free Consultation
Business Owner/Associate: Checking this box, will mark your listing as “claimed”, meaning you are taking ownership of this business and its page and you may be required to submit additional information to verify ownership/relationship to the business. Please review our Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy before selecting this option.
Preview Listing: Select to get a preview of what the business page will look like. Reminder, this is just a preview and you will still be required to hit the “Submit Listing” button
